Booking Confirmation & Booking Management

Booking Confirmation Page

After a booking is created, customers will see a Booking Confirmation Page showing the current status of their booking.

Booking statuses

Your booking will display one of the following statuses:

  1. Confirmed: Booking confirmed
  2. Pending: Booking request received (The merchant will review and confirm the booking.)
  3. Cancelled: Booking cancelled

The status and messaging update automatically based on the merchant’s settings and actions.

Manage Your Booking

For pending and confirmed bookings, customers can manage their bookings through the Manage booking panel.

Using this panel, customers can:

  1. Change the booking date or time
  2. Update the number of guests
  3. Cancel the booking

Access to booking management is provided via a secure signed link, which is valid for 14 days.

Booking Emails

Booking emails now include clear action buttons to make next steps easy.

Depending on the booking status, customers may see:

  1. View booking confirmation
  2. Manage your booking (where applicable)

When a booking is confirmed by the merchant, the confirmation email will also include the Manage your booking button.

How booking approval works

Booking status depends on the merchant’s approval.

Cancellation policy

  1. Customers can cancel their booking using the Manage your booking option.
  2. Once a booking is cancelled, the action cannot be undone.
  3. If a booking is cancelled by mistake, a new booking must be created.

Frequently Asked Questions

I can’t see the “Manage booking” option

Please check that:

  1. Your booking is not cancelled
  2. Your access link is still within the 14-day validity period

If the link has expired, you may need to request a new one.


My booking link has expired

For security reasons, booking management links expire after 14 days.

Please contact the merchant or support to request a new link.


My booking is already cancelled

Once a booking is cancelled, it cannot be changed or restored.

If you still wish to visit, please make a new booking.
