Enhanced Verification – How to Complete Your Check
As part of our regular compliance reviews, we may ask you to complete an enhanced verification check.
This helps us confirm that your business information is accurate and keeps our platform secure for all users.
1. What we might ask you to upload
Depending on your account, you may be asked for one or more of the following:
- Latest 3 months of business bank statements
- Must show your business name, address and account number.
- Utility bill (e.g. electricity, gas, water, internet)
- Must show your business name and trading address.
- Government-issued letter
- For example: HMRC, Companies House or another official authority.
- Short environment video (around 30 seconds)
- A quick video of your store or business premises to confirm you are an honest, operating business.
Please ensure all documents are clear, complete, and no older than 3 months (unless otherwise specified).
2. How to complete the enhanced verification
Log in to your NeroPay dashboard.
On the home page, you will see a notification bar at the top if any action is required.
Click on “Actions required”.
This will take you to the Compliance page, where you can see the specific items we have requested (e.g. “Utility Bill”, “Bank Statement”, “Environment Video”).


Upload the requested documents.
- Click on each item.
- Upload the corresponding file (PDF, image, or video as specified).
- Check that the information is readable before submitting.

- Submit and wait for review.
- Once all required files are uploaded, our team will review them.
- You will see the status updated on your dashboard, and we will contact you if anything else is needed.
