NeroPay Partner Programme (Overview)
This document explains how the NeroPay Partner Programme works, how partners earn, and who it is suitable for.
1. What is the NeroPay Partner Programme?
The NeroPay Partner Programme allows individuals or businesses to earn income by referring merchants to the NeroPay payment platform.
Once a referred merchant:
- successfully registers, and
- starts processing transactions,
the partner becomes eligible for:
- a one-off tiered bonus, and
- ongoing revenue share based on merchant activity.
There is no cap on the number of merchants you can refer to.
2. How Partners Earn
Partners earn through two independent mechanisms.
2.1 Tiered Bonus (First 30 Days)
For each referred merchant, NeroPay calculates the total successful transaction volume during the first 30 days after registration.
Based on this volume, a one-time bonus is awarded:
| Merchant’s First 30-Day Volume | Partner Bonus |
| £0 – £5,000 | £100 |
| £5,001 – £10,000 | £200 |
| £10,001 – £15,000 | £300 |
| £15,001 – £30,000 | £400 |
| £30,000+ | £500 |
Key points:
- The bonus is calculated once per merchant
- The 30-day window starts from the merchant’s registration date
- Bonus eligibility does not affect ongoing revenue share
2.2 Ongoing Revenue Share (Long-Term)
In addition to the initial bonus, partners earn a percentage of transaction revenue from their active referred merchants.
The revenue share rate depends on the total number of active referred merchants under the partner account.
| Active Referred Merchants | Revenue Share |
| 0 – 10 | 20% |
| 11 – 25 | 25% |
| 26 – 50 | 30% |
| 51 – 100 | 35% |
| 100+ | 40% |
Active merchant definition
- Merchant account enabled
- At least one successful transaction recorded
Revenue share is:
- Calculated automatically
- Paid continuously while merchants remain active
3. Revenue Share with Multiple Partners
In cases where more than one partner is linked to the same merchant, the system applies a fair and automated distribution model.
Principles:
- Both partners can earn, even if one has a 0% base rate
- The total revenue share will not exceed the system maximum
- If combined rates exceed the limit, shares are rebalanced proportionally
This process is fully automated and requires no manual calculation.
4. Who Is This Programme For?
The Partner Programme is suitable for individuals or businesses already connected to local merchants, including but not limited to:
- Cash & Carry operators
- EPOS providers
- Accountants and bookkeepers
- Wholesalers and distributors
- Restaurant and café owners
- Grocers and butchers
- Community members
- Service providers working with merchants
No technical background is required.
