Why We Have a 7-Day Hold on First Pay-outs?
To protect both merchants and the platform from fraud and unauthorised activity, all new accounts follow a standard 7-day security hold before the first payout. This applies to both automatic and manual payouts.
A first payout can only be released when:
- Your account has been active for at least 7 days, and
- Your first successful card payment is at least 7 days old.
This one-time waiting period allows our system to complete security and compliance checks, verify transaction legitimacy, and ensure that your account is operating safely. After these 7 days have passed, payouts will resume as usual according to your chosen payout schedule.
If your payout is still on hold, it means one of the two conditions has not yet reached 7 days. In those cases, we will provide the exact date when your payouts will become available.
These measures help us maintain a secure payment environment and prevent delays caused by disputes, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.
