Requesting an EPOS setup from the team

How to get there

From your dashboard, follow this path:

NeroPOS → Setup Service


Step 1 — Go to your dashboard

Log in at eu.neropay.app.


Step 2 — Navigate to NeroPOS

From the main menu, select NeroPOS.

Step 3 — Open Setup Service

Click Setup Service, then tap Request Setup.

Step 4 — Upload your materials

When submitting your request, please upload any relevant materials that will help our team complete the setup. This may include:

  • Your menu
  • Different pricing for takeaway and dine-in
  • Any special configuration requirements

⚠️ Note: The more detail you provide, the faster our team can complete your setup. Incomplete submissions may require follow-up before work can begin.


What happens next?

Once submitted, our team will review your request and materials and reach out if anything else is needed. You do not need to do anything further — we will handle the configuration and confirm once your EPOS is ready.

Q: Is the EPOS setup service really free? A: Yes. The setup service is currently free for all NeroPay merchants.

Q: How long does setup take? A: This depends on the complexity of your configuration. Our team will be in touch if they need any additional information.

Q: Can I make changes after the setup is complete? A: Yes. Once your EPOS is configured, you can make changes directly through your dashboard. See [Adding products to EPOS] and [Changing the EPOS layout] for guidance.

Q: What if I don't have all my materials ready? A: We recommend having your menu and pricing ready before submitting. Incomplete requests may take longer to process.
