Upcoming currency support for IDR, BRL, AED, and MYR
Support preparation is underway for additional currencies including IDR, BRL, AED, and MYR. Configuration, settlement mapping, and payment flow compatibility work are progressing across internal systems. These currencies are currently marked as coming soon while integration work continues.

Extended Network expansion for Indonesia, Brazil, UAE, and Malaysia
NeroPay Extended Network coverage has been expanded to include Indonesia, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, and Malaysia. Availability definitions and regional support visibility have been updated across the platform. Merchant onboarding and regional routing preparation are continuing in parallel for these markets.

NeroAI Translate and automatic locale detection added
NeroAI Translate has been added. The system now automatically adjusts country options and language settings based on the user’s geolocation. If you prefer to change these settings manually, you can do so via Menu > Account > Settings > Language.
NeroPay is now available in additional EUR markets
We have expanded NeroPay’s operations to several additional euro-denominated markets. NeroPay is now available in Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Slovakia, and Slovenia, with transactions supported in EUR.

Added Card Third Party payment method
Introduced a new Card Third Party payment method in NeroPOS. This allows merchants to mark orders as paid when the card payment was taken on an external card machine, while keeping payment records and reporting clearer within the POS.
Weekly transfer scheduling has been updated
Merchants can now choose either Standard or Instant for their selected weekly payout day. Soft manual review may apply to selected risk cases, including first automatic payouts.
NeroAI-Powered Analysis for NeroCard
NeroCard activity can now be analysed and reported through NeroAI, giving you clearer visibility into completed actions and performance.

Expanded AI import for menus, price lists and service lists
Improved the AI-powered import flow to support a wider range of menu, price list and service list uploads. Enhanced document reading and OCR handling to improve accuracy when extracting item names, prices, categories and service details from more varied file layouts and image qualities.
Improved order hours settings and fulfilment availability
Expanded the order hours configuration to support separate Collection and Delivery time settings. Updated the storefront and checkout flow so availability messaging now reflects the selected fulfilment method more accurately. When a fulfilment method is disabled, its order hours are hidden in settings for a cleaner and clearer user experience.

NeroWeb delivery mode setting added with manual area controls
Added a new delivery mode setting in NeroWeb. Merchants can now choose between radius delivery and manual delivery areas. When manual delivery areas are selected, delivery rules can be configured per area, including delivery fee, minimum order value and free delivery threshold. This gives stores more flexibility to manage local delivery pricing with greater accuracy.
NeroWeb receipt setting added for item-level VAT display
Added a new POS setting to control how VAT appears on NeroWeb receipts. When enabled, VAT is shown beneath each applicable product line instead of only in the total section, making receipts clearer for customers where some items are VATable and others are VAT-exempt.

Delivery postcode exclusions for NeroWeb
Added delivery postcode restriction settings to NeroWeb, allowing merchants to exclude selected postcodes from delivery and show customers a clear message at checkout when delivery is unavailable in their area.

Improved Split Payment Display in Order Details
Order Details now shows split payments in a clearer log-style table, including payment method, paid date, reference and amount, instead of separate payment boxes.

Hide on delivery / collection support
Added hide on delivery and hide on collection support for NeroWeb. Category-based restricted categories are now hidden completely for the selected order type, and restricted products are blocked before checkout for delivery and collection flows.
