NeroDisburse payee payout experience updated
NeroDisburse now provides a clearer payout setup experience with improved transfer speed messaging, live guidance, and better visibility around standard and instant payment timing.
Scheduled payout instructions made clearer
We updated the Automatic Payment setup screen with clearer wording for scheduled payouts, helping merchants understand when transfers are created and when recipients are likely to receive funds.
Automatic payment timing alerts added
Automatic Payment instructions now show clearer timing alerts based on the selected transfer speed and scheduled day. For example, a Monday 1-2 Business Days transfer now explains that funds may arrive around Wednesday.
NeroDisburse transfer speed guidance improved
We improved the NeroDisburse transfer speed guidance so merchants can clearly see the expected timing for Instant Transfer and 1-2 Business Days before creating a payout.

Just Eat Integration Option Added
Just Eat has been added as a supported delivery platform option inside NeroPOS Settings, allowing merchants to prepare their restaurant ID mapping for future order import and reporting support.
Uber Eats Integration Option Added
Uber Eats has been added as a supported delivery platform option inside NeroPOS Settings, ready for future order imports into NeroPOS, Kitchen Display and POS Reports once provider credentials and store mapping are configured.
Deliveroo Order Integration Added
Deliveroo order integration has been added for NeroPOS. Imported Deliveroo orders can now appear in Live Orders, Kitchen Display, receipts, POS Reports and reconciliation, with support for scheduled orders, customer collection, discounts, meal cards and PLU validation scenarios.
Platform Settings Added
A new Platforms section has been added inside NeroPOS Settings, allowing merchants to enable supported delivery platform order imports and enter the relevant restaurant, site or store ID for each provider.
Kitchen Display and Live Orders Improved
Kitchen Display and Live Orders now show delivery platform orders more clearly, including better badges, cleaner order notes, improved light/dark mode styling and clearer order source labels.

Balance summary improved
The wallet dashboard now includes a clearer balance summary with payments balance, reserve balance, Connect reserve, NeroCard balance and debt balance shown in one place. This helps merchants understand their total available balance more easily.
Wallet top-up by card added
Merchants can now add money to their NeroPay wallet by card directly from the wallet page. The net amount is credited to the payments balance after the card top-up fee is deducted.
Platform pricing and safety controls improved
NeroConnect now includes clearer platform balance protection when the platform pays NeroPay fees. If the platform balance or outstanding debt reaches the safety threshold, restricted actions are temporarily limited until the platform account is topped up.
NeroConnect fee payer controls added
Platforms can now choose whether NeroPay processing fees are paid by the connected account or by the platform balance. This gives platforms more flexibility when managing merchant pricing, application fees and platform-led billing.

New add-to-basket option flow for NeroPOS
Merchants can now choose whether products with options should open the option window immediately or be added to the basket first. When enabled, customers can add items faster and edit options later by selecting the product from the basket. This is useful for businesses where most customers keep the default options.
Multiple staff booking notifications added
Merchants can now add multiple staff email addresses and phone numbers to receive booking notifications. Staff can be notified by email or SMS when a new booking is received, even if they are not actively viewing the booking dashboard. Business email has also been added separately from notification email, so customer-facing booking emails and notifications can display the correct business contact details.
