Smarter prep tickets, Bill Print and printer routing
NeroPOS printing has been improved for restaurants and multi-station setups. Prep tickets now group items under course/category headings, station printer routing supports separate kitchen, bar and customer receipt printers, and each station can have its own copy count. Bill Print now prints only the full customer receipt, while Prep Print sends only kitchen/bar tickets. This helps prevent duplicate kitchen/bar prints when a customer receipt is printed or when payment is completed.

Contract intake forms before signing
Contracts now support an optional customer intake form before signing. Merchants can add custom questions using text, long answer, dropdown, radio and checkbox fields, set required questions, add help text and create conditional rules based on previous answers. Customer submissions can be reviewed from the contract action menu, and a Medical / PT agreement template has been added for businesses that need onboarding or health questionnaire forms.

Product ordering, product costs and sales reporting
Merchants can now manually reorder products within a selected category, helping control how items appear on the POS screen. Product cost fields have been added for margin tracking, and POS reports now include product-level units sold, revenue, estimated cost, profit and margin. CSV exports also include units sold, and dashboard/report views can compare top items by revenue or quantity sold.

Product reordering inside categories
Merchants can now manually reorder products within a selected category. This controls how products appear on the POS screen. Drag and drop is supported, with up/down buttons available as a fallback for devices where dragging is difficult.
