Connect Agent Report Filters and Staff Permissions

Filter Connect Reports and exports by agent. Delegate merchant-agent assignments and commission changes through separate staff permissions while preserving historical assignments and commission rates.

Connect Agents & Commission Management

Added Connect Agents to manage sales agents, assign connected merchants and track separate commission summaries. Commission rates are based on the platform’s net income, with merchant-specific rates available. Agents have restricted access to their assigned merchants. Creation and editing now use offcanvas panels with loading indicators and duplicate-submit protection.

API v2 NeroConnect Management Update

Expanded API v2 with connected account transfers, partner management, pricing updates and sales agent management and commission reports. Strengthened account-level authorisation and financial safeguards, and updated the API reference documentation.

Multi-Account Staff Access & Permissions

Staff members linked to multiple merchant accounts can select the account they want to manage and switch between their authorised accounts. Each account retains its own team permissions. Improved permission validation and account-switching behaviour.

Improved Connected Account Transfers

Improved the Move Accounts workflow with clearer destination details, pricing previews and confirmation messages. Existing transaction history and recorded commissions retain their original ownership. Added clearer guidance about integration changes required after moving accounts.

Multilingual Terminal & Receipt Settings

Added English, Simplified Chinese, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French and Turkish language options. Terminal and receipt languages default to the account’s country, with manual selection available. Bilingual receipts support both languages on one receipt or separate copies. Language selection does not change the payment currency.

Square Terminal Integration Added

Connect an API-paired Square Terminal to NeroPOS using your own Square account details. Once verified and enabled, selecting Square at checkout sends the remaining bill amount directly to your terminal. NeroPOS updates the bill after payment is confirmed. Square can also be set as your default payment method.

Easier access to NeroBooks

Improved NeroBooks visibility in NeroApps and added NeroBooks to the NeroPay Store, making it easier to discover the service and access its accounting tools.

Dojo Terminal Connection Setup Added

Dojo connection settings and a step-by-step setup guide are now available in NeroPOS. Configure your account credentials, terminal details and payment notifications from payment settings. Live payment acceptance remains unavailable until the required provider approval, certification and live activation are completed.

Your policies on your branded pages

Partner-branded login and registration pages now link to your configured Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Each link falls back to the corresponding NeroPay policy only when a custom URL has not been provided.
