EPOS Setup Service
If you are a merchant using our EPOS system, we currently provide free EPOS setup service for all merchants. You can easily apply for this service through your dashboard.
Please follow the steps below to request the setup service and provide the necessary materials for our staff:
- Go to Dashboard
- Navigate to NEROPOS
- Select Setup Service
- Click “Request Setup”
When submitting your request, please upload any relevant materials that will help our team complete the setup, such as:
• Your menu
• Different pricing for takeaway and dine-in
• Any special configuration requirements
Our team will review the information and assist with the setup accordingly.
