Change your card PIN before using it for the first time
Menu → NeroCard → Manage Card PINs that allow you to set, view, and change your own card PIN anytime.
Key Points:
- Once your NeroCard is created, please make sure you set or change your PIN directly on the platform before making your first payment.
- The “Manage Card PINs” button will appear automatically after your new card is added.
Security Reminder
For your protection, all PINs are securely encrypted and stored.
Never share your PIN with anyone, including NeroPay staff.
