How you earn
You earn through two independent mechanisms:
1. Tiered bonus — first 30 days
For each referred merchant, NeroPay calculates their total successful transaction volume during the first 30 days after registration. A one-off bonus is awarded based on this:
|
Merchant's first 30-day volume |
Your bonus |
|
£0 – £5,000 |
£100 |
|
£5,001 – £10,000 |
£200 |
|
£10,001 – £15,000 |
£300 |
|
£15,001 – £30,000 |
£400 |
|
£30,000+ |
£500 |
-
The bonus is calculated once per merchant
-
The 30-day window starts from the merchant's registration date
-
Bonus eligibility does not affect your ongoing revenue share
2. Ongoing revenue share — long term
You also earn a percentage of transaction revenue from your active referred merchants. The rate depends on how many active merchants you have:
|
Active referred merchants |
Revenue share |
|
0 – 10 |
20% |
|
11 – 25 |
25% |
|
26 – 50 |
30% |
|
51 – 100 |
35% |
|
100+ |
40% |
An active merchant is one whose account is enabled and has at least one successful transaction recorded. Revenue share is calculated automatically and paid continuously while merchants remain active.
Revenue share with multiple partners
If a merchant is linked to more than one partner, the system distributes earnings fairly and automatically:
-
Both partners can earn, even if one has a 0% base rate
-
The total revenue share will never exceed the system maximum
-
If combined rates exceed the limit, shares are rebalanced proportionally
No manual calculation is needed — this is handled entirely by the system.
Your partner dashboard
Log in at partners.neropay.app to access your dashboard. Here you can see:
-
Total referred businesses — all merchants registered through your link, including active and inactive
-
Active (last 48 hours) — merchants with at least one successful transaction in the last 48 hours; these count toward your active tier and revenue share
-
Inactive — merchants with no transactions in the last 48 hours; these do not generate revenue share until activity resumes
Your earnings are shown by time period — Today, This Week, This Month, Last 3 Months, and This Year. All figures represent confirmed payouts, not pending estimates. Click View for a full breakdown.
⚠️ Note: Dashboard data updates automatically — no manual refresh needed. For full transaction exports and advanced filters, use the Reports section.

Understanding your revenue share rates
You may see two percentages on your dashboard:
-
Tier revenue share — the rate based on your active merchant count at the time that referral was added
-
Current revenue share — the rate based on your total active merchants right now
The system always applies the current revenue share rate when calculating earnings.
Referral process
How do I share my referral link or QR code? You can find both in your Partner Dashboard under the Staff & Partner section.
What if my referred merchant forgot to use my link? You can add them manually, but it's best to share your QR code or link from the start to avoid complications.
How long does the merchant sign-up process take? Just a few minutes, if the merchant completes verification right after signing up.
How do I know when my referral has been approved? Check the merchant's status in your dashboard under the Staff & Partner section.
Can I refer businesses outside the UK? Please check the registration page for supported countries — new regions are added periodically.
Can I refer both online and offline businesses? Yes. API integration is also available for online merchants — details are on our documentation page.
What if my referred merchant doesn't activate their account? They can't start using NeroPay until their account is activated. Encourage them to complete verification and start processing transactions.
How can I help my referral complete the setup faster? Share the onboarding brochure or quick-start guide provided to you during partner onboarding.

Frequently asked questions
Q: What counts as an active merchant? A: A merchant whose account is enabled and has recorded at least one successful transaction.
Q: When does my tiered bonus get paid? A: The bonus is calculated after the first 30 days from the merchant's registration date and paid once confirmed.
Q: Why do I see two different revenue share percentages on my dashboard? A: Tier revenue share reflects the rate when the referral was added. Current revenue share reflects your rate based on your total active merchants today. The system always uses the current rate for earnings.
Q: Can I earn from a merchant linked to another partner as well? A: Yes. Both partners can earn from the same merchant. The system distributes shares automatically without over-allocation.
Q: What happens if a merchant goes inactive? A: Inactive merchants do not generate revenue share until activity resumes. They are highlighted in your dashboard so you can follow up.
