Everything NeroPay sells is a one-time purchase. There are no monthly hardware fees, no rental and no contract. This page lists current pricing for card terminals, EPOS hardware and software. All prices include VAT, and shipping is available to supported countries only.

Two ways to pay for a card terminal
Card terminals can be paid for in full or spread over six months. Paying in full saves 20%. Paying monthly costs the same as the full retail price — there is no extra charge for spreading it.

Card terminals
Card Terminal PRO+ — recommended for most merchants. Android-based card terminal with a touchscreen, Wi-Fi, cellular (eSIM), digital wallet support and a long-lasting battery.
NeroPay Flex Terminal — handheld terminal with a 5.5-inch display and a built-in receipt printer. Wi-Fi, Ethernet, 4G cellular and Bluetooth.

Software included at no cost
These are included for eligible NeroPay merchants. There is no monthly software fee.

Card processing fees
Hardware pricing on this page is separate from what you pay to process card payments. Your processing rate is set on your own account — check your agreement, or contact us if you are unsure what yours is.
Frequently asked questions
Does paying monthly cost more?
No. The six-month total is the same as the retail price. Paying in full is what earns the 20% discount.
When is my first instalment taken?
One month after your order. The £100 deposit is taken at checkout.
Can I pay monthly for an EPOS kit or a kiosk?
No. Pay monthly is available on card terminals only.
Is there a monthly fee for the software?
Not for NeroPOS, NeroWeb or NeroBooking — they are included for eligible merchants. NeroTrade and NeroGYM are paid add-ons at £99.95 a month each.
Do I own the terminal?
Yes. All NeroPay hardware is bought outright, not rented.
Why is the kiosk price shown as "from"?
The kiosk and NeroKDS have configuration options. Select Choose option in the store to see the variants and their prices.
Do I need a card terminal to take payments?
Not necessarily. Tap to Pay on Phone lets you take contactless card and wallet payments on a compatible Android or iOS device at no hardware cost.
