Custom order numbering for POS orders

Merchants can now choose how POS order numbers appear on receipts and order screens. The default option keeps the current secure order reference, while the new sequential option allows simple numbers such as 1, 2, 3, with an optional prefix such as POS-1 or POS-2 for easier staff tracking.
