NeroPOS order and receipt fixes

NeroPOS receipt and order calculations have been improved to ensure service fees, totals and item quantities are handled consistently across table orders and printed receipts. Additional kitchen routing stability improvements were also made to prevent order processing errors in supported NeroPOS flows.
