NeroPOS receipt setting added for item-level VAT display

Added a new POS setting to control how VAT appears on NeroPOS receipts. When enabled, VAT is shown beneath each applicable product line instead of only in the total section, giving a clearer breakdown for businesses selling a mix of VATable and VAT-exempt items.
