Contract sending and fee configuration improvements

Contracts now support CC email recipients when sending agreements to customers, making it easier for platform or admin teams to stay copied into contract communications. Contract fee configuration has also been expanded so merchants can include clearer setup, monthly, annual, transaction, percentage or custom fee details within the agreement.
