Quick Service Charge Removal

Added a new Remove Service Charge button to the NeroPOS Fees screen. Staff can now remove the service charge before taking payment without manually editing the order. Supports both percentage-based and fixed service charges. The order total is recalculated immediately after removal. Existing staff permissions and PIN authorisation for removing service charges remain in place.
