Reassign Basket Item Course

Added a new optional NeroPOS setting that allows staff to change an individual basket item’s preparation course for the current order. Staff can quickly select Starters, Mains, Sides, Desserts, Drinks, or use the product’s default course. The override is reflected on prep tickets and the Kitchen Display without changing the product’s catalogue settings.
