NeroPay offers many ways to receive your funds. You can set up automatic payouts or transfer money manually, depending on your business needs.
Link Your Bank Account
Before scheduling transfers, link your bank account:
- Go to left-hand menu in dashboard and choose Transfer & Bank -> Transfer Money -> Add Bank Account.
- Select Bank Accounts.
- Add your Account Name, Sort Code, Account Number, and Account Type.
- Once verified, your account will display as Enabled in your dashboard.
Transfer Money – Payout Funds Options
When transferring money manually, the Pay Out Funds section offers five options:
Instant Manual Transfer:
Use instant transfers to move your Sales Balance immediately, even on weekends or holidays. Funds typically arrive instantly to your linked bank account.
Automatic Transfers – System processed payout:
Automatically transfers your balance after a chosen delay (3–10 days minimum).
Next-Day Transfers – Fast payout:
Sends your available balance daily (Monday – Sunday).
Usually received the next business day.
Fixed Weekly Transfers – Scheduled payout:
Sends your balance on a set day each week (Monday – Friday).
If the payout day falls on a bank holiday, it’s processed on the next working day.
Standard bank processing times (1–2 business days) apply.
Manual Transfers – You decide
*Earnings remain in your NeroPay balance until you initiate a transfer.
