NeroDisburse

How to get there

From your dashboard, follow this path:

Transfer & Bank → NeroDisburse

How NeroDisburse works

💡 Example: You need to pay a supplier exactly £500 every week. With a regular transfer, you would need to calculate and add the fee yourself to ensure they receive the full £500. With NeroDisburse, you set £500 and NeroPay deducts the fee from your balance — your supplier always receives exactly £500.

This differs from most payment services, where the fee is deducted on the recipient's end.

How to set up a disburse

Step 1 — Add your recipient

Select an existing recipient or add a new one — for example, a supplier's bank account details.

Step 2 — Set the amount

Choose how the amount is calculated:

Option Best for
Fixed amount Supplier payments, staff wages, regular bills — where the amount never changes
Percentage of income Splitting revenue automatically — for example, setting aside 20% of every payout to a savings account

Step 3 — Choose the schedule

Set the day and frequency of the transfer — for example, every Tuesday, or the 1st of every month.

Step 4 — Confirm and activate

Review the details and activate the disburse rule. NeroPay will handle all future payments automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I set up multiple NeroDisburse rules for different suppliers? A: Yes. You can create separate rules for each recipient, each with their own amount, frequency, and schedule.

Q: Can I use a percentage to automatically save part of my income? A: Yes. Set a percentage of your income to transfer automatically — for example, 10% to a business savings account every week.

Q: Can I pause or cancel a NeroDisburse rule? A: Yes. You can pause, edit, or cancel any active disburse rule from the NeroDisburse management page at any time.

Q: What happens if my balance is insufficient when a disburse is due? A: The transfer will not go through if your balance is too low. Make sure your NeroPay balance has sufficient funds before your scheduled disburse date.
