Activating Cellular Data on the Terminal

How to get there

From your terminal home screen, follow this path:

More → Terminal Settings → Cellular Data


Step 1 — Open Terminal Settings

Tap the More button in the bottom-right corner of your terminal screen, then select Terminal Settings.


Step 2 — Select Cellular Data

Tap Cellular Data from the settings menu.


Step 3 — Enable cellular data

Toggle Cellular Data to on.

Your terminal will now use cellular data to process payments.


Frequently asked questions

Q: Will using cellular data affect my transaction speed? A: In most cases, cellular data performs comparably to Wi-Fi. Speed may vary depending on your network signal strength.

Q: Can I use both Wi-Fi and cellular data at the same time? A: Yes, S710 provides two ways to connect to internet. 

Q: My cellular data won't enable — what should I do? A: Make sure your eSIM is activated correctly and that your plan includes data. If the issue persists, contact us at support@neropay.app or create a ticket.
