NeroPay Subscriptions

NeroPay Subscriptions allow you to automate your recurring revenue. Whether you are an accountant billing a monthly retainer or a gym managing memberships, this feature ensures you get paid on time, every time, without manual invoicing.

How It Works

  1. Set Up: Create a Product (e.g., "SEO Services") and a Price (e.g., £120/month).
  2. Share: Send a Payment Link to your customer via email or SMS.
  3. Activate: Once your customer adds their card details and confirms, the subscription becomes Active.
  4. Automate: NeroPay automatically charges the customer’s card at every billing interval (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly).

Understanding Statuses

  1. Pending: The customer has received the link but hasn\'t set up their payment yet.
  2. Active: Everything is live! Payments will be collected automatically.
  3. Cancelled: The subscription has ended, and no further charges will occur.


How to Get Started

  1. Create: Go to Payment > Subscriptions > Create Subscription.
  2. Configure: If it’s a new service, create the Product and Price first.
  3. Send: Copy the Payment Link from the subscription management page and send it to your client.
