NeroBooks has two menus and they do not show the same things. The sidebar lists seven areas. The tab bar inside NeroBooks lists the lot.
If a screen seems to be missing, it is almost certainly in the tab bar.

The tab bar
Once you are inside NeroBooks, the tab bar along the top has everything. Three items open a short menu.
💡 Note: Most areas are only in the tab bar. Navigate by the sidebar alone and you will not find them. Marketplaces, RTI submissions and HMRC & tax are not covered by this guide yet — use the guidance on those screens, and check the services table in Settings for what your account can do.
Two names, one screen
A few areas are labelled one way in the menu and another on the page. Same screen.

NeroAi
The floating ✦ NeroAi button opens a panel. Ask it how to use NeroBooks, or ask for a report. It has quick buttons for a year-to-date profit and loss and a balance sheet.
⚠️ Warning: NeroAi gives guidance and produces reports. It files nothing and changes nothing. Do not type passwords, tax numbers or private documents into it.

Frequently asked questions
Why does the sidebar not show everything?
It is a shortcut to the most-used areas, not a full index. The tab bar is the complete list.
It is not in the tab bar either. Now what?
Check Settings. Module switches control whether People, Payroll records, Time entries, Leave requests, Fixed assets and the tax areas appear at all.
What is the Access until date?
When your current NeroBooks access runs out. Subscription details are on the Settings screen.
Why does Invoices & collections look different?
It is a set of links, not a feature. It opens your existing NeroPay invoices, contracts and subscriptions, each with its own permissions.
Is NeroAi on every screen?
Every one except Practice.
