NeroConnect lets a software company, an EPOS installer or anyone who looks after a group of businesses offer card payments under their own name. NeroPay runs the payments, verification and hardware underneath; you set the brand, the prices and the relationship with your merchants.

💡 Note: NeroConnect is for businesses that run merchants under their own brand. Introducing businesses to NeroPay for a bonus is the separate Partner Programme.

How it fits together

📸 Your platform on top, your merchants in the middle, NeroPay underneath.

Diagram: Tillora Pay, an example platform, sits on top with its own name, logo, domain and prices, and controls branding, pricing, merchants and the store. Its merchants, a café, a barber, a takeaway and a salon, sit beneath it. NeroPay sits underneath them all: card payments, merchant verification, settlement, terminals and EPOS supply, the dashboard and reports. The merchants see the platform's brand.

Who it's for

📸 Four example platforms. Every name and logo is invented.

Four example platforms with invented names and logos: Tillora Pay, a till software company adding card payments for its cafés and shops; Harbour EPOS, an EPOS installer running payments under its own name for restaurants; Corvana Booking, a booking app taking deposits for salons and barbers; Wexley Trade, a wholesaler offering card payments to the shops it supplies.

Four ways your platform earns

📸 Four ways a platform earns. Your fee and your prices are yours to set.

Diagram, four ways a platform earns: 1 your fee on every payment, set per channel, in both partnership modes; 2 additional services such as SMS, non-UK cards, extra payment methods, instant payouts and refunds, at your price above NeroPay's floor; 3 hardware and EPOS sold through your own store at your selling price; 4 partners, a share from businesses that run their own merchants under you.

Example: one merchant, one month

📸 Your own fee on one merchant's card takings for a month. Figures shown are illustrative.

Worked example: Tillora Pay adds its own fee of 0.30% plus 3p on top of each card terminal payment for The Corner Bakehouse, on the connected-account-pays arrangement. In a month of £24,000.00 of card takings across 1,200 payments, Tillora Pay is credited £72.00 plus £36.00, £108.00 for that merchant. Figures shown are illustrative; NeroPay's processing fee is separate.

💡 Note: Figures shown are illustrative. Your fee is your choice, per channel and per merchant. NeroPay's processing fee is separate and shown in your dashboard only.

Getting started

📸 Four steps from approval to your first merchant.

Diagram in four steps: 1 your partnership mode, agreed with NeroPay, decides who pays its processing fee; 2 your brand: logo, colours and your own domain; 3 your prices: defaults for every new merchant, per channel and service; 4 your first merchant, through a five-step wizard, then verified by NeroPay. Then open your store, add partners or a sales team, and track it all in Connect Reports.

Frequently asked questions

Is NeroConnect a separate product from my NeroPay account?

No. It is a group of screens inside your NeroPay dashboard. Your platform account is a NeroPay account with NeroConnect switched on.

Do my merchants see NeroPay?

Your choice. With your logo, your custom domain and the NeroPay checkout logo switched off, they see your brand only.

Who verifies my merchants?

NeroPay. You create the merchant and can chase stalled onboarding; verification and any compliance decision stay with NeroPay.

Where do I see what I've earned?

Month to date on the NeroConnect Dashboard, and in full in Connect Reports.
