Pricing in NeroConnect is split between you and NeroPay. NeroPay decides who pays its processing fee and sets the floor beneath every additional service; you decide what your merchants are charged, per channel and per service, and how much fee detail they can see. The three articles in this section cover each part in turn.

Articles in this section

Article What it covers
How pricing works — who sets what The two arrangements NeroPay owns, the channel pricing you set as a platform default, per-account overrides and the order of precedence
Additional service pricing and the protected base The five per-event services, the protected base printed beneath each field, automatic flooring and how service margin appears in Connect Reports
Fee visibility and statement reports The two controls that decide how much fee detail your staff and your merchants see, and the dashboard module switches for connected accounts

The three things to know

Rule Why it matters
You set merchant pricing in every partnership mode The fee-payer arrangement decides where NeroPay collects its cost, not what your merchants pay. See Choosing your partnership mode
Every additional service has a floor A price below the protected base printed beneath the field is replaced by the base automatically. Priced exactly at base, the service shows 0.00% margin — pass-through at cost, not an error
Defaults apply to new merchants only Changing your platform defaults does not change existing accounts. Open the account and use its Merchant pricing tab, which overrides the default

💡 Note: All pricing controls live under NeroConnect → Settings → Pricing and save with the Save NeroConnect settings button at the foot of the page. Statement visibility is on the Dashboard tab and saves separately.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I see what NeroPay charges me?

The protected base for each additional service is printed beneath its field on the Pricing tab. Actual processing costs paid by the platform appear as NCPF debited in Connect Reports. Figures are shown in-product only.

Can I price one merchant differently from the rest?

Yes. Go to NeroConnect → Connected Accounts, open the account and use the Merchant pricing tab. The fields match the platform defaults and take precedence over them.

Will my merchants see my margin?

Merchants see what they are charged, not NeroPay's cost to you. If you also want rates and commission removed from the statements they generate, use the control described in Fee visibility and statement reports.

Why does a service show 0.00% margin?

It is priced at exactly the protected base, so you are passing it through at cost. Raise the retail price above the base to earn margin on it.
