NeroPAY offers many ways to receive your funds. You can set up automatic payouts or transfer money manually, depending on your business needs.

Link Your Bank Account

Before scheduling transfers, link your bank account:

1. Go to Transfer & Bank in the left-hand menu.
2. Select Bank Accounts.
3. Add your Account Name, Sort Code, Account Number, and Account Type.
4. Once verified, your account will display as Enabled in your dashboard.

Transfer Money – Payout Funds Options

When transferring money manually, the Pay Out Funds section offers two options:

1. Instant: 1.59% + £0.49 fee, arrives in minutes (up to an hour).
2. Standard: 0.59% + £0.49 fee, arrives within 1–2 business days.
3. Minimum transfer amount: £10

Instant Transfers – Immediate payout

1. Transfers your current sales balance straight away — even on weekends.
2. Funds arrive in your bank account within 1–5 hours.
3. Fee: 1.59% + £0.49
4. Opting in confirms acceptance of the Instant Transfer Terms.

Automatic Transfers – System processed payout

1. Automatically transfers your balance after a chosen delay (3–10 days minimum).
2. Fee: 0.70% + £0.49 per payout.

Next-Day Transfers – Fast payout

1. Sends your available balance daily (Monday – Sunday).
2. Usually received the next business day.
3. Fee: 1.59% + £0.49 per payout.

Fixed Weekly Transfers – Scheduled payout

1. Sends your balance on a set day each week (Monday – Friday).
2. If the payout day falls on a bank holiday, it’s processed on the next working day.
3. Standard bank processing times (1–2 business days) apply.
4. Fee: 0.70% + £0.49 per payout.

1. Earnings remain in your NeroPAY balance until you initiate a transfer.
