How do I order a terminal or register an account?

Sign up directly at neropay.app or here. Once registered, you can order a terminal via our store or contact our sales team on WhatsApp +44 161 470 4736.

How long does it take to get approved and start accepting payments?

Most accounts are approved within 1–2 business days once documents are submitted.

What documents are required for account verification (KYC)?

You’ll typically need:

  1. A government-issued ID (passport, driver’s licence, BRP)
  2. Business registration documents (if applicable)
Do I need a business registration, or can individuals use NeroPAY?

Both are effective, but their features differ:

  1. Business Account: Required to accept customer payments. It unlocks extra features such as Nero Finance (loans) and financial management tools.
  2. Personal Account: Limited features, e.g. person-to-person transfers only (no QR code or link payments).
How do I connect my bank account to receive payouts?

Add your bank account to the NeroPAY dashboard. Payouts can be sent either manually or automatically.

Yes, we offer API access and POS integration options. We also provide our own EPOS system, including the order and booking system.
