How long does it take for the money to be deposited into my account?
  1. Standard payout: 1–2 business days (or weekly, e.g. every Monday, if scheduled).
  2. Instant payout: Within minutes, 24/7, depending on your bank (a small extra fee may apply).
Do payouts arrive on weekends and bank holidays?

Standard payouts are only received on business days. Instant payouts may be available 24/7, depending on your bank's policies.

What’s the difference between instant and standard payouts?
  1. Instant: immediate, but with a small extra fee.
  2. Standard: next business day or 1–2 days.
Can I schedule payouts?

Yes, there are four different functions available on your dashboard:

  1. Automatic: Your balance is transferred automatically for the period you have set.
  2. Next-Day: Your balance is sent to your bank account every day (Mon–Sun) and usually arrives the next business day.
  3. Fixed Weekly: Payouts are sent automatically on your chosen weekday. If it falls on a bank holiday, it is processed on the next working day.
  4. Manual: Funds remain in your NeroPAY Balance until you decide to transfer them from your dashboard.
Do you support multiple bank accounts for payouts?

Yes, you can link any bank account you prefer to your NeroPAY account, as we offer great flexibility.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued via your dashboard or terminal. Customers typically receive their money back within 5–10 business days, depending on their bank's processing time.

Can I issue partial refunds?

Yes, you can refund part of a transaction.

Do you have online checkout?

Yes, NeroPAY offers online checkout, allowing you to accept payments with ease.
