Yes, terminals support both Wi-Fi and 4G SIM connections.
Does the terminal print receipts?
No, but we can integrate the terminal with your printer. You will also receive a digital receipt via SMS text or email for your convenience.
Is the terminal compatible with other providers?
No, NeroPAY terminals are proprietary and only work with NeroPAY accounts.
What happens if my terminal is damaged or lost?
Contact support. If it cannot be fixed, we’ll arrange a replacement terminal.
Do I own the terminal, or is it a rental?
All NeroPAY terminals are available for rent. The device remains the property of NeroPAY.
What if I no longer need the terminal?
Return the terminal in good condition. If you paid the full fee, you’ll receive a £200 deposit refund.
How long is my contract?
NeroPAY has no fixed-term contracts. You may cancel at any time without penalties.
