NeroPay Terminal Onboarding Guide
Welcome to NeroPay. Follow this step-by-step guide to set up your terminal and start accepting payments quickly.
1. Before You Start
- Go to the NeroPAY sign-in page and create/log into your account: Step-by-Step Sign-Up Guide for Merchants to Create a NeroPAY Business Account.
- Ensure your terminal is charged or connected to a power source.
- Have your Wi-Fi network name and password ready.
- Keep your merchant login details available.
2. Power On & Select Language
- Press and hold the power button until the screen lights up.
- Choose your preferred language from the list.
- Example: English, 中文, Türkçe, etc.
3. Connect to Wi-Fi
- The terminal will guide you to the Wi-Fi setup page.
- Select your store’s Wi-Fi network.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password.
- Wait a few seconds for the connection to establish.
Once connected, the device will automatically move to the Registration Code screen.
4. Retrieve Your Registration Code
- The terminal will display a Registration Code (e.g., apple-green-sweet).
- Keep this code handy — you’ll need it in your NeroPAY Dashboard.
5. Register Your Terminal in the NeroPAY Dashboard
Step 5.1 – Log In
- Open a browser on your computer or phone.
- Go to https://eu.neropay.app/merchant/dashboard
- Enter your merchant login details.
Step 5.2 – Navigate to Reader Settings
- From the left-hand menu:
- Account → Payment Settings → Reader → Register Reader
Step 5.3 – Add Your Reader
- Select Location – choose your store name/location.
- Reader Name – assign a name to the device (e.g., Front Counter, Bar POS).
- Enter Registration Code – input the code shown on your terminal.
- Click Register Reader. Once successful, your terminal will appear under Readers.
6. Test Your Setup
- Run a small test transaction.
- Confirm the payment appears in your NeroPay Dashboard.
7. Troubleshooting & Support
- Wi-Fi Issues → Restart the terminal and re-enter Wi-Fi details.
- Wrong Registration Code → Generate a new code in terminal settings.
- Reader Not Showing → Refresh the Dashboard page after registering.
