Payout limits only ever get stricter. NeroPay sets a hard cap; your platform default can lower it, and a value on one merchant can lower it further. Nothing you enter can raise it.

📸 Three levels, each only able to tighten the one above.

Diagram: the NeroPay hard cap is the ceiling for the account and isn't editable in NeroConnect; your platform default may lower it for every merchant it applies to; this merchant's own value may lower it further, for that merchant only. A blank field means inherit, not zero.

⚠️ Blank means inherit, not zero. Clearing a field hands the limit back to the level above.

On a merchant's tab, each field shows the effective value beside NeroPay's value. A merchant who needs more than NeroPay's cap is a request to NeroPay. What an instant payout costs is set in Additional services.

Frequently asked questions

Can I raise a merchant's limit above NeroPay's?

No. Ask NeroPay to review the cap.

I cleared a field. Is the limit gone?

No. It inherits from the level above.

Why is the effective value lower than what I entered?

Your value was looser than NeroPay's cap, so the cap applies.
