How and when will I receive my commission payments?

You’ll receive your reward after your referral has successfully registered, verified their account, and completed 30 days of transactions.

Will I still earn if the merchant stops using NeroPay after a few months?

Yes. Once the merchant becomes active and earns the “successful” status, you’ll continue to receive commission whenever they process transactions again.

Can I request a payout earlier than the 30-day activation period?

No. A merchant is only considered “successful” after completing 30 days of active transactions.
