How to Return Your NeroPay Terminal
1. Ship the Terminal to NeroPay
Please send your device to the following address:
NeroPay

Keep your delivery receipt, as it will be required for reimbursement.
2. Update the Return Status in Your NeroPay System
After you have shipped the device, please follow these steps in your dashboard:
MENU → ACCOUNT → PAYMENT SETTINGS → READER → RETURN READER
This will notify our system that your return is in progress.
3. Refund of Shipping Fee
After you provide the delivery receipt and we receive the hardware in good working condition, we will refund the shipping fee directly to your NeroPay balance.
